Maintenance Supervisor

Our client, a well-established global manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a third-shift maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement within a highly automated manufacturing operation. Schedule 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM What You'll Do Lead and support the maintenance team during assigned shift. Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Ensure equipment upgrades, manufacturer recommendations, and system improvements are implemented. Manage and maintain spare parts inventory. Coordinate and oversee outside contractors performing maintenance work. Promote and enforce safety policies, procedures, and environmental standards. Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians. Coordinate staffing coverage, scheduling, and timekeeping for the maintenance team. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and safety-focused work environment. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience. 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and machine control systems. Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Experience managing maintenance operations in a high-volume production facility. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
