Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Monitoring daily team performance, the full-time remote Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee work queue volumes, adjust team member schedules, and identify trends for escalation while ensuring effective billing and follow-up for commercial plans. Key responsibilities Monitor and manage high-risk accounts receivable, ensuring prompt attention and resolution Conduct evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members, facilitating regular feedback and alignment with departmental goals Supervise billing and follow-up processes, minimizing account touches and addressing payer issues and denial trends Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred 0-1 year of experience in a leadership role required 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, denials, or patient financial services required Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures Ability to identify and solve complex problems effectively
