The Role

Park Lane is hiring an Owner's Rep to join our core team. You'll work directly with clients and leadership, using your knowledge of the industry and the project landscape to spot issues early and recommend a way through them. Every communication you send, whether to a client or internally, should reflect Park Lane's standards.

This role comes with genuine room to grow. As an experienced Owner's Rep, your judgment will shape outcomes on the projects you run, and there's a clear path to taking on more scope and mentoring others as you prove it out.

What You'll Do

• Manage all project phases, including pre-construction, project development, bid/award, and close-out, for your assigned projects
• Work with clients to establish project scope and vision from the outset
• Oversee permit submissions and design evaluations
• Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and weekly meetings
• Coordinate with consultants and the construction team to confirm feasibility
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Resolve planning, design, and construction disputes as they arise
• Opportunity to manage and train Junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years of construction management experience
• A track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Working knowledge of risk management policies and procedures
• Experience managing budgets and schedules on large construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction xhyhwjd materials, processes, and equipment
• A sense of ownership when working with clients, with a drive to exceed their expectations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $110,000 to $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
