Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Process and record all types of donations (checks, EFTs, online, stock, third-party platforms).Reconcile donation data and manage matching gifts.Maintain donor records and respond to general inquiries.Monitor shared inboxes related to donations and data.Prepare recurring donation reports and donor lists for campaigns.Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and assist with system clean-up.Support seasonal mail processing, acknowledgments, and tax receipts.Perform compliance tasks related to gift documentation and data privacy.Collaborate on data analysis, reporting, and process improvements.HireQuest does not discriminate on the basis of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or other legally protected group status in making hiring or employment decisions.We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, industries, and abilities to join our team.
