Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations that address clients' mental health challenges, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to set specific therapeutic goals, measuring and tracking their progress over the course of treatment.

• Utilize our teletherapy solutions to ensure clients receive uninterrupted support, especially those with mobility issues or who are in remote locations.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying updated on best practices and emerging trends in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a culturally diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Our clients come from various socioeconomic backgrounds, and your role will be to provide compassionate and informed care tailored to their unique situations. An inclusive approach will be fostered to engage effectively with clients from different cultures and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, or a closely related field, along with a current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation package includes an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, we offer:
