CapEx Project Manager - Greenfield Program Location: Houston, TX Contract: Initial 12 Months | Long-Term Extension Potential Project: Major Greenfield Development | $500M+ CAPEX W2 or LLC We are currently recruiting for an experienced CAPEX Project Manager to join a major greenfield development for a leading global pharmaceutical organization in Houston, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a significant, multi-year capital investment program, supporting major projects within the Solar & Logistics function. The initial contract will be for 12 months, with the wider program expected to run for approximately five years, offering excellent potential for long term extensions. The Role As CAPEX Project Manager, you will support the delivery of complex, large scale capital projects within a highly regulated environment. The projects involved are significant in both scale and complexity, with individual CAPEX values of $500M+. We are therefore looking for someone who has previously worked on major capital programs and is comfortable operating within large, multidisciplinary project environments. What We're Looking For Strong experience as a Project Manager / CAPEX Project Manager delivering major capital projects Demonstrable experience working on large-scale projects valued at $500M+ Background within a highly regulated industry Experience within pharmaceuticals, chemicals, data centers, life sciences or a comparable regulated environment Strong understanding of the delivery of complex greenfield projects Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering, construction and project teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to operate effectively within a large, fast-paced capital investment program Previous pharmaceutical experience is not essential.
