Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain front desk operations and ensure a welcoming office environment
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room usage
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
