Job Description Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a Full‑Time Recruiter to support our Human Resources Department in recruiting and selection processes at our administrative office in St Paul, MN. Responsibilities Work closely with hiring managers to expedite and optimize the recruitment and selection process, with a focus on Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff. Review open requisitions, obtain interview availability, contact applicants to provide position information, conduct phone screens and interviews. Conduct and document reference checks. Survey new hires and recent terms to assess their employment experience at ASI. Qualifications Two years of administrative support experience. One year of recruitment experience. Excellent independent initiative, time management, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and database applications. Ability to handle shifting priorities.
