Accounts Receivable Representative

Supporting the financial health of the organization, the full-time Accounts Receivable Representative will manage accounts receivable operations, deliver excellent service to internal teams and external partners, and collaborate on process improvements in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Deliver excellent service to internal teams and external partners Manage and collect aged receivables while reconciling and issuing commissions to retail agents Research and resolve payment discrepancies and monitor accounts for timely payments Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Prior office or administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and web-based systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset
