CUSTOMER CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION ANALYST

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ
Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour

JOB SUMMARY

The Analyst 2, Customer Contract Administration role supports distributor chargebacks, sales trace processes, customer and GPO membership management, contract operations, pricing accuracy, data integrity, and continuous process improvement.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support all aspects of distributor chargeback and sales trace processes, including submissions, resubmissions, denial dispositions, dispute resolution, chargeback settlements, and customer-related sales tracing errors.
• Analyze and resolve chargeback, price variance, contract membership, and central membership errors in accordance with applicable OLAs, SLAs, policies, procedures, and business guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, customer cross-references, GPO membership records, and central membership alignment to support pricing accuracy and reduce financial risk.
• Perform customer and GPO member management activities, including eligibility auditing, roster additions, changes, deletions, migrations, transitions, and updates based on policy and customer designation.
• Support automation, process standardization, governance, and best practices across Contract Operations to improve efficiency, consistency, data integrity, and customer experience.
• Use tools and systems such as SAP Vistex, JDE, TAHITI, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python, and BOT capabilities to streamline operational processes.
• Maintain training materials, desktop procedures, and process documentation to support team effectiveness and operational continuity.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate dispute information, follow up on open issues, and ensure timely resolution of customer, distributor, and contract discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience or demonstrated knowledge in chargebacks, pricing claims, membership management, contract operations, contracting technologies, automation, analytics, master data management, IT development, or continuous improvement.
• Strong technical skills with applications and platforms such as SAP Vistex, JDE, TAHITI, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python, ERP systems, reporting tools, and analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business drivers, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities, support automation, champion change, and drive process improvements.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage a variable workload while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment.
