You’re an experienced recruiter who knows how to find great people, build trust with hiring leaders, and get things done. You’re comfortable recruiting across a range of functions and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can change quickly.

You take ownership, collaborate naturally, and bring a bias to action to everything you do. You don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem—you figure it out and move it forward.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, engage, assess, and close high-quality candidates, including hard-to-find passive talent.
• Build strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
• Keep searches moving with urgency, accountability, and strong communication.
• Provide hiring managers with market insight, candidate feedback, and guidance throughout the process.
• Help continuously improve our recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employer brand.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a technical, manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, drones, or similarly complex environment.
• Proven success recruiting across both technical and non-technical functions.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing skills.
• The ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with hiring managers at all levels.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A track record of accountability, collaboration, teamwork, and bias to action.
• Genuine curiosity about people, technology, and the business you’re supporting.

Compensation: 80,000-110,000
