We're assembling an epic Back of House (BOH) team to whip up delectable dishes and deliver an extraordinary food service experience to our hungry guests. Responsibilities Food safety and sanitation: Follow codes of food safety, sanitation, and quality to craft mouthwatering meals. Freshness monitoring: Keep an eye on prep levels, ensuring everything is ready to serve. Organization: Restock, organize, and keep the prep station tidy for a clean kitchen. Receiving: Put incoming goods in proper place for cooking. Kitchen cleanliness: Maintain the kitchen’s impeccable appearance. Guest experience: Connect with guests, providing a personalized experience. Equipment operation: Operate food service equipment, including deep fryers and slicers. Lifting: Use proper lifting techniques for heavy containers (five‑gallon soft drink containers, 50–65 pounds). Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete the company‑paid GED program). At least 1 year of food service experience; line cook or prep cook preferred. Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends. Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of background check and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications Active ServSafe certification or similar qualification. Tech‑savviness, including familiarity with POS software. Excellent multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
