Client Service Liaison

Nationwide Credit Corporation is a successful collections agency located in Alexandria VA. We are currently looking for a Client Service Liaison as a new addition to the Client Service team. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for data analysis, reports and resolving client issues for the organization. Specific Duties Responsible for coordinating, implementing and monitoring activity for all assigned clients Monitor business flow to ensure proper distribution to collection floor Drive compliance of client deliverables to meet on time delivery objectives Immediately resolve any delays and concerns to client satisfaction Responsible for data analysis, reports, audits and reconciliations Communicate client requirements to internal departments and update documentation as needed Identify opportunities for process improvement Track and resolve client issues. To include monthly reports and follow up Daily Back-up to coworkers assuming full relief of assigned duties as needed Meet client guidelines and have clear understanding of client policies Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma with three years of successful experience in a customer service role A strong sense of teamwork and cooperation with management, coworkers and clients The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative Highly efficient time management and prioritization skills Extremely detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage to meet multiple deadlines Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, in person, on the telephone and via email Excellent customer service and administration skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access Collections software experience is a plus Pay Scale $20.00 to 25.00 per hour, based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Nationwide Credit Corp
