Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess patient status, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects and respond to changes.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across multiple levels; coordinate care with other disciplines; ensure effective handoffs.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient safety, using clinical judgment and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• ICU or critical care experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity ICU setting
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
