Job Details Job Location: LSB‑Halsted St – Chicago, IL60609 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Lakeshore Beverage is seeking a talented and self-motivated individual to join our HR Department. This employee will work with administration and managers to complete a wide variety of tasks relating to Human Resources and Payroll, but not limited to the following: Responsibilities Executing the payroll process on a defined schedule Entering changes, new hires and terminations into the payroll system Reviewing timecards and resolving any discrepancies Maintaining employee files Properly routing garnishments and support orders Payroll post-processing and report generation In‑processing of new employees Administration of internal application portal Job postings using a variety of sources Follow up with job seekers Occasional attendance at outside events such as career fairs Special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, HR, business, or other related field or equivalent work experience Experience with Paycom HRIS system would be a plus Preferred Skills Extremely detail oriented and dependable, general computer skills, time management, able to communicate effectively, excellent problem solving skills, and a high level or organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
