Bring your expertise in educational psychology to schools in the vibrant San Tan Valley area with this rewarding contract opportunity. As a School Psychologist, you'll provide vital support across Florence Elementary, Santan Middle, and Santan High School, empowering students to achieve their full potential and fostering inclusive, supportive environments. This role starts July 7th and spans the full academic year (192 school days), delivering variety and impact across different age groups.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with diverse student populations in educational settings
• Strong skills in assessments, intervention planning, and counseling
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt to different school environments across elementary, middle, and high school levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments for students, interpreting results for eligibility and planning
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide individual and group counseling to address a range of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to support data-driven interventions and school-wide initiatives
• Deliver crisis support and consultation to staff, students, and families when needed
• Promote positive school climates and advocate for student success across multiple campuses
