Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid, current Arizona School Psychologist certification or eligibility
- Experience conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in school settings
- Familiarity with both elementary and high school student needs, with a preference for high school expertise
- Outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Technological proficiency—online and remote service experience is valued
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments for students, providing clear recommendations for educational programming and services
- Support the development and implementation of IEPs, behavioral plans, and intervention strategies
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Participate in team meetings and provide crisis intervention as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Adapt services for virtual delivery if assigned remote caseloads
