This position requires a highly analytical professional with experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, supporting procurement activities, and working with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in Raleigh, NC approximately 2-3 days per week. Candidates must be local to North Carolina and available for onsite meetings. Key Responsibilities Conduct stakeholder interviews and business process analysis. Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process workflows. Develop process models, use cases, wireframes, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams. Support procurement-related activities including requirements documentation and evaluation criteria development. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices. Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution. Develop test scenarios and test cases. Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and user documentation. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders. Support system implementation and go-live activities. Follow established PMO methodologies and project governance standards. Required Qualifications Experience 7+ years of Business Analysis experience. Extensive experience gathering business requirements and documenting business rules. Strong experience with business process analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation. Experience creating functional and technical documentation. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Experience conducting testing and validation activities. Technical Skills Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Business process modeling and workflow development. Requirements management and traceability. Context diagrams and functional decomposition. Process flow documentation. Testing methodologies and user acceptance testing. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to facilitate meetings and present findings effectively. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare data reporting environments. Experience with SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and groups. Experience working with state government agencies. Knowledge of PMI and Business Analysis best practices. Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
