We don't need master craftsmen, but we do need people who know their way around a job site. We are looking for a General Laborer who already knows how to use basic hand tools, read a tape measure, and show up ready to work. If you are reliable, physically fit, and want steady hours with a crew that respects your effort, apply today.
Your Daily Crew Duties:
- Keep the job site moving by prepping work areas and clearing out debris.
- Load, unload, and stage building materials exactly where the tradesmen need them.
- Use basic power and hand tools (drills, saws, hammers, levels, shovels) safely and efficiently.
- Stay fully engaged and ready to assist when team members are working around buried utilities, including power, water, and communication lines. Maintain situational awareness, follow safety protocols, and actively look out for one another.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Job Site Know-How: At least 6+ months of construction, landscaping, or demo experience.
- Basic Skills: You know how to operate basic power tools without supervision.
- Work Ethic: You can lift 50+ lbs consistently and handle working outside in the heat.
- Dependability: You have a reliable way to get to work on time, every single day.
- Clean Slate: Ability to pass a standard drug test and background screening.
