We are in search of seasoned, entrepreneurial-minded recruiters to join our team as Senior Healthcare Recruiting Consultants. This role transcends the typical desk job — envision it as a springboard for success. You'll oversee comprehensive placements while fostering robust partnerships with clients. With some of the highest commission structures throughout the industry, your compensation will reflect the remarkable value you generate.
What You'll Do
- Manage complete cycle recruitment from initial engagement to final offer.
- Serve as a strategic client partner, gaining an understanding of their hiring goals, challenges, and culture.
- Strategically source candidates using our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your personal network and innovative communication tools.
- Utilize our platform to handle candidates more efficiently, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organizational clarity.
- Focus on permanent placements that foster enduring value for clients while yielding significant commissions for you.
- Contribute to thought leadership as we enhance both our brand and yours.
