Our client, a leading organization in the global sales and public sector support industry, is seeking a Recruiter II (High Level Security) to join their team. As a Recruiter II (High Level Security), you will be part of the Talent Acquisition Department supporting high-volume security clearance recruiting for diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which will align successfully in the organization. What's the Job? Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Utilize ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and Clearance Jobs to source and evaluate candidates effectively. Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates. Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements for sensitive roles. What's Needed? 5-8 years of corporate recruiting experience. U.S. citizenship required to support cleared recruiting efforts. Recent experience using AI tools and modern ATS systems, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS. Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Experience handling corporate candidates and managing high-volume requisitions (20+ reqs).
