Our work environment includes: Company perks Safe professional work environment Learning opportunities Friendly atmosphere Responsibilities: Provide responsible leadership for a professional staff, Hiring, onboarding, and retaining staff Training, and goal-setting for staff Timely, appropriate, and professional communication with staff Adhering to all HR legal responsibilities Maintain function of the hospital equipment Order office supplies Maintain controlled drug logs, reporting Perform financial management, debt collection, and monitoring of budget Handle clinic finances, human resources, and hiring while remaining compliant with state and federal employment laws.
