Location: Arts District, Los Angeles, CA · In office Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Estimated first-year earnings: $110,000–$135,000, based on expected sales performance

We are a Los Angeles–based distribution company working across apparel, footwear, outdoor products, and fragrance. Our fragrance business supplies established, sought-after brands to online and livestream sellers, including buyers underserved by traditional distribution. Through a partnership with a major fragrance distributor, we offer access to desirable inventory, competitive pricing, and reliable supply.

The role

We’re looking for a sales representative to grow our fragrance business with U.S. customers. You’ll find and open new online and livestream seller accounts, then manage those relationships and build repeat orders. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys prospecting, closing deals, and developing a customer base.

What you’ll do

• Prospect and open new B2B accounts, primarily online and livestream sellers.

• Present available inventory, close initial orders, and grow repeat business.

• Work within company pricing and deal guidelines, while sharing buyer feedback that could improve future offers.

• Maintain an active pipeline and accurate customer records.

• Follow through on customer payments, with support from our back office.

• Coordinate with the back office on inventory and orders. The back office handles invoicing, routing, and logistics and finance communication with customers.

• Travel to key accounts and industry events when valuable; approved business travel expenses are covered.

What we’re looking for

• A demonstrated ability to prospect, build buyer relationships, and close sales.

• Consistent follow-up and the ability to manage accounts through repeat orders and collections.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• The ability to work independently and collaborate with an operations team.

• An interest in fragrance and a willingness to learn the brands, products, and market.

• The ability to work from our Arts District office.

Fragrance experience, B2B sales experience, and existing online or livestream buyer relationships are advantages, but none is required.

Compensation

The first three months include a $1,400 weekly pay guarantee. After that, compensation is commission based, with an additional quarterly bonus for exceeding sales targets. Commissions are tied to customer payments. Full plan details are provided during the interview process.

Work environment

We have a collaborative, entrepreneurial team and a modern office in the Arts District. The office has a stocked break area and employee lounge. We also hold occasional company events and lunches and provide company-sponsored car washes.
