Seeking a driven Wholesale Sales Executive to grow a women's apparel B2B business by opening new major retail accounts while expanding existing partnerships. Strong emphasis on building wholesale growth, developing long-term retail relationships, and driving revenue across key accounts.
Ideal Background • Deep experience selling young contemporary and junior apparel categories
• Strong wholesale network with an established book of business
• Proven success opening new retail accounts and expanding existing business
• Background managing key buyers and senior retail partners
• Experience negotiating pricing, terms, and programs with a clear understanding of margin and profitability
Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new major retail opportunities to drive wholesale growth
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key buyers and senior retail partners
• Develop and convert new leads into long-term, profitable accounts
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and programs with a strong understanding of margin and profitability
• Represent the brand at trade shows and travel for sales appointments as needed
• Merchandise and maintain showroom presentation
• Work onsite in Los Angeles
Qualifications • 5+ years of wholesale sales experience in women's apparel
• Direct experience selling within the young contemporary and junior categories required
• Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals and opening new retail accounts
• Established relationships with relevant buyers across the market
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel for appointments and trade shows as needed
