Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence. They are responsible for the execution of daily operations and are responsible for coaching and developing team members. Team leaders must embody Chick-fil-A Raytown’s values and help create a positive culture of growth and belonging .They are also responsible for communicating goals, expectations, brand standards and ultimately setting the tone for the team.

Back of House Team Leader Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring food quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Must have a strong sense of urgency 
• Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic and strong communication 
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Demonstrate consistency and reliability
• Be adaptable and efficient Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Shift lead and/or assist shift leader 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
