We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end movement of materials, equipment, and goods across our supply chain. This role is responsible for managing transportation of materials along with building and maintaining carrier relationships to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery that meets business and partner expectations. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage logistics strategies to support Budderfly’s expanding customer base and installation footprint. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Manage relationships with freight carriers, 3PLs, and other logistics service providers. Oversee warehouse and inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Track KPIs and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in logistics performance and efficiency. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Planning, Project Management, Finance and Operations teams. Lead, mentor, and develop logistics staff to build a high‑performing team. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and digital tools where applicable. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations; prior experience with moving heavy equipment or being part of a fast‑growing company is a plus. Strong understanding of domestic transportation networks, warehousing, and distribution practices. Proven ability to find and onboard new carriers as well as negotiate with carriers and vendors to achieve cost savings and service improvements. Experience with ERP systems and logistics software (NetSuite preferred). Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Compensation

$80,000 — $95,000 USD
