Occupational TherapistEvaluate, planning, and provision of Occupational Therapy Services for pediatric/adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Instruct/provide training on home therapeutic programs and/or assistive devices to eliminate or reduce areas of deficitContemporaneous documentation using electronic health recordsMeet productivity expectationParticipate in scheduled supervision, patient communication, coordination of care with interdisciplinary team to help improve the quality of life of the people we supportMinimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities ( e.g., lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.):Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of New York and has graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program approved by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).Preferred Qualification Requirements (desired requirements beyond MQRs above):A minimum of one year Occupational Therapy experience in a healthcare setting working with individuals with intellectual and developmental delays.Ability to work effectively with limited on-site supervisionCompensation:$71.20 per Hour: based on $35.60 Fee-for-Service (FFS) per 30-minute sessionsSchedule:Any 2 weekdays 8:30am - 2:00pmAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or status as a Vietnam or disabled veteran.
