Commercial Loan Collections Specialist
Coast One Mortgage
Newrez is seeking a Collections Representative in Houston to manage delinquent loans and loss mitigation across portfolios, coordinating with borrowers to cure delinquencies and arrange settlements. You will evaluate workout options and document progress for each case. You will collaborate with a Commercial team to route inquiries, support payoff requests, and ensure timely communications.
