Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year Litigation Associate (2-5 Yrs Exp) – Hartford, CT, US Job Details We are seeking a litigation associate to support a growing practice focused on complex dispute work, including construction‑related claims. This role offers meaningful responsibility early in your career, with direct involvement in active matters and close collaboration with experienced attorneys. You will engage in all phases of litigation, from initial case development through resolution. The practice is team‑oriented but provides the opportunity to take ownership of your work and develop strong advocacy skills in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents Manage written discovery, including document production and e‑discovery processes Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and case analysis Assist with depositions, hearings, and other court‑related matters Support case strategy, client communication, and matter management Collaborate with attorneys and experts on complex dispute matters Qualifications 2–5 years of litigation experience Exposure to commercial, civil, or construction‑related disputes is a plus Experience with pleadings, motion practice, and discovery Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Solid academic background Requirements Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple assignments Strong attention to detail and professional judgment Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Motivated, responsive, and committed to high‑quality work product A bit about us We are a full‑service law firm providing practical legal guidance to businesses and organizations facing complex issues.
