Job Description As a Security Officer Entry Control in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting activity and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, production areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Support daily operations by reporting unusual activity, completing required logs and/or reports, and following Allied Universal and site‑specific security‑related procedures. Minimum Requirements A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A CPR certification is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
