We're seeking a Production Technician to join a small manufacturing team producing awnings, canopies, and custom aluminum structures. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, staying active, and seeing the finished results of their work.

Production Technician Details:
- Temporary position
- $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:45am to 04:30pm )
- Operate hand tools including drills, sanders, staplers, and tape measures
- Perform production, packing, shipping, loading, and unloading duties
- Assist with sanding, grinding, and paint preparation
- Read work orders and complete production tasks accurately
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate production concerns and quality issues to management
Production Technician Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
- Ability to bend, stoop, and stand throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
