We have a great opportunity for a National Accounts Coordinator, supporting our clients.

This position will have short- and long-term responsibilities that will change over time as the needs of Novatech change. Effective timely communication will play a large part of all responsibilities. The following list of responsibilities serves as a high-level overview and may not take into consideration all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage National Account Communications
   1. Active monitor NA inox and categorize communications into folder structure
   2. Provide response to the sender within 2 hours
   3. Engage other Novatech departments for updates as needed
   4. Ensure Inbox is kept up to date daily.
2. Manage Welcome Ship-Out queue
   1. Initiate Welcome Call within 24 hours of installation
   2. Conduct Salesforce and EA updates as process dictates
   3. Mail letter with tag.
   4. Ensure complete installation has been conducted.
   5. Ensure NovaVision has been offered, updated in EA
   6. Ensure device is enrolled on Nsight
3. Manage ITT Ship-Ins
   1. Monitor NA inbox for ship in ITT's
   2. Communicate with dealer on next steps
   3. Ensure ITT is complete
   4. Verify with local market for ITT acceptance
   5. Create Ship-in Deal in SF
   6. Monitor process and communicate with dealer/local market as needed.
4. Manage Outbound ITT (assign 1 market at the 3-to-4-month mark)
   1. Work with Predelivery to validate information
   2. Create ITT documents and send them to appropriate dealer
   3. Negotiate timelines and process with dealer
   4. Update Procurement on shipping information
   5. Ensure all documents from the dealer are returned in a timely manner and complete.
   6. Process and coordinate any lease returns
   7. Maintain communication and close the loop on the process.
