About the Role

As  Commercial Insurance Account Coordinator , you work closely with the service team (Account Executives and Team Leaders) to manage policy administration, renewals, and other daily service requests. This role is with a highly specialized team that will give you a ton of opportunities to learn the ins and outs of niche property and casualty business.

Location: Nashville, TN. Hybrid schedule available after training/new hire period.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and send renewal summaries
• Follow up on client and carrier correspondence
• Prepare proposals
• Request and review renewal quotes
• Fulfill client requests (insurance certificates, ID cards, billing questions, and policy changes)
• Audit files and ensure accurate data entry in the agency management system

Skills & Experience

• Active state insurance license
• At least two (2) years of commercial lines client service experience
