Shift: 20 hours/day coverage with collaborative daytime coverage and night call back-up

Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NO FNP/PNP)
Experience: 2+ years as NNP required (excluding RN experience)

What You'll Do

Provide expert neonatal care to infants in a Level III NICU setting
Assist with newborn nursery coverage and participate in patient rounds
Collaborate with neonatologists ensuring optimal patient outcomes
Support family-centered care practices within the NICU
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Document patient care accurately and efficiently
Engage in timely communication with healthcare team members

What You Need

Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner credential (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certs)
Minimum of 2 years NICU experience, excluding RN experience
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
