Compensation : $28-$36/hr

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Panel Builder to join a growing team supporting the build and integration of highly customized automation and precision assembly machinery.
This is a hands-on role working with complex industrial automation equipment in a clean, engineering-focused manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience wiring industrial machinery, reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting controls, and supporting machine builds from assembly through startup.
Responsibilities:
- Wire and assemble custom industrial automation equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts
- Install and connect motors, sensors, drives, and control components
Qualifications:
- Experience wiring industrial machinery or automation equipment
- Ability to read electrical prints and schematics
- Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial controls
- Experience with motors, sensors, VFDs, relays, and control panels
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced custom machine build environment
