Welder | Multiple Shifts Available | Shelbyville, KY | Up to $25.50/Hour

What You'll Do

• Perform repair welds on parts requiring touch-up after robotic welding.
• Operate MIG welding equipment while maintaining quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and production specifications.
• Complete welding, spot welding, buffing, deburring, sorting, and rework tasks.
• Maintain production goals while ensuring quality workmanship.
• Support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• MIG welding experience and ability to pass a weld test.
• Ability to perform repair welding.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
• Machine loading experience is a plus.

Shifts & Pay

???? 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM | $22.50/hr

???? 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 PM-3:30 AM | $23.50/hr

???? Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM-6:00 PM | $25.50/hr

This is a Contract position based out of Shelbyville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
