Mercer is seeking a Health & Benefits (H&B) Consultant to support 2,000+ life employers with medical, dental, life and disability benefit plans. The role is based in Los Angeles or Irvine, CA, and is hybrid with a requirement to be in the office at least three days per week. You will manage engagements, negotiate with carriers, and serve as client and relationship manager, driving strategy, renewal designs, and profitability while embracing AI-enabled tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercer
