Healthcare Consultant – Colonial Life, Downtown Los Angeles We are looking for a career‑minded, self‑motivated individual to work in a professional sales environment with our existing book of business. This Business‑to‑Business role offers a strong compensation structure and flexible schedules with no nights, weekends or holidays. Responsibilities Work exclusively with Human Resource departments to create and implement benefits packages for employees. Collaborate with HR and employers to educate employees on the benefits being offered, assist employees with selecting the appropriate benefits for their needs, and enroll them on our exclusive platform. Continue to communicate with the account throughout the year and assist with any claims, troubleshooting or issues that may arise with the benefits. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Fast‑tracking for individuals with a Health and/or Life Insurance license. Preferred: Prior sales experience. Retention of resident status in California. Self‑motivation and ability to commit to a full time schedule. We do not assist with work authorizations.
