divh2Entry-Level Cnc Operator/h2pWe are looking for a motivated entry-level CNC operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC machines, follow production schedules, and help produce high-quality parts in a safe and efficient environment. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn./ph3Duties, Tasks Responsibilities/h3ulliRead blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions to produce quality parts/liliPrepare and load raw materials and parts into CNC machines/liliOperate machines to complete production runs efficiently and accurately/liliMonitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed to maintain quality/liliFollow system-generated production schedules to support on-time delivery/liliInspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications/liliPerform daily machine checks and basic operator preventative maintenance (PMs)/liliMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area/liliFollow all company safety procedures and quality standards/liliAssist with additional production tasks as assigned/li/ulh3Critical Skills Knowledge/h3ulliAbility to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings/liliBasic understanding of machine operation and manufacturing processes/liliMechanical aptitude and basic math skills/liliStrong attention to detail and quality/liliDependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn/liliGood communication and teamwork skills/li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliPrevious manufacturing experience is preferred but not required/liliCNC experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred/liliSafety shoes required/li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3ulliAbility to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs./liliAbility to stand and work on a manufacturing floor for extended periods of time/liliAbility to frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the work area/li/ulpJob Type: Full-time/ph3Benefits/h3ulli401(k)/lili401(k) matching/liliDental insurance/liliHealth insurance/liliLife insurance/liliPaid time off/liliReferral program/liliVision insurance/li/ul/div
