Recruitment And Placement SpecialistThe primary purpose of this position is to provide recruitment and placement advice and guidance to managers in support of the installation Civilian Personnel Office.Duties GS-7Performs recruitment and placement assignments. In a developmental capacity, performs recruitment and placement assignments involving positions in clerical and assistant, technical, and trades worker occupationsProvides recruitment and placement, and affirmative employment and advisory servicesParticipates in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activitiesPrepares written correspondence and other documentsDuties GS-9In a developmental capacity, provides recruitment and placement services for positions in installation-level organizationsPerforms recruitment and placement advisory servicesParticipates in special initiatives, studies and projectsPrepares written correspondence and other documentsDuties GS-11Performs the full range of Recruitment and Placement advisory services. Provides staffing advisory services based on the serviced organization's local, regional, or national staffing priorities and takes proactive measures to anticipate management's needs by pre-positioning work products in expectation of new projects and programsExercises knowledge and skill in applying HR methods, principles and evaluative methods/ sufficient to advise on and/or resolve moderately complex problems which can be unprecedented in nature
