We are actively seeking Senior Master Ford/Lincoln Technicians with experience working on all makes and models. Talented technicians with strong diagnostic and repair skills are encouraged to apply.

• Senior Master Lincoln or Ford Technicians with strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

• A commitment to quality workmanship, honesty, and integrity.

• A team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

We recognize that every technician brings a different level of experience, training, and expertise. Compensation and flat-rate pay will be based on your individual skill level, certifications, experience, and qualifications.

• Signing bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified candidates, based on technician level and subject to a 18-month payout structure.
