Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a production team member to join their dedicated workforce. As a production team member, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting inventory control and production work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

• Control inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Support production processes as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company policies

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required
• Credential requirements: 100012, 100038
• Ability to work in a physically active environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual work ethic
