Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary: The Welder will perform MIG welding and fabrication on metal components used in custom builds. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, maintaining weld quality, and ensuring projects meet safety and quality standards.

Job Duties:

• Perform MIG welding on structural and component parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain welding equipment and tools
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Pay: 22.00/hourly (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday Shift hours: 3:30-11:00pm

Experience or Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and follow welding symbols
• Proficiency in using welding equipment and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus
• Must pass a weld test prior to hire
