1st Shift Production

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a production associate to join their team. As a production associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st & 2nd Shift Production

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $16 - $17.50

Shift: 6a - 2:30p or 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Load machines to grind springs efficiently and safely

• Operate grinding equipment according to safety standards

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed

• Ensure quality standards are maintained during production

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED

• Credential requirement: clean drug screan

• Ability to work Monday through Friday

• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
