TIG Welder

Position Summary


Seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with TIG welding and the ability to produce clean, precise welds while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Job Duties

• Perform TIG welding on metal components and assemblies according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding diagrams.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment.
• Select appropriate welding materials, settings, and techniques for each project.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and proper appearance.
• Measure and align components before and during welding.
• Perform grinding, cleaning, and other finishing work as needed.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Meet production and quality standards while maintaining attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical work.
• Ability to lift, move, and position materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
