Pricing Specialist (Bilingual English/Korean)
LGA Retail, Inc.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Motor Carriers
- Gathering all pricing data
- Strategically coordinating sales activity
- Reporting pricing progress on a daily and weekly basis
- Reporting customer pricing status weekly.
- Reporting monthly performance
- Identifying and monitoring customer issues or complaints at individual load and overall account levels
- Regularly attending customer meetings to gather information
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Handling all incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Available to work overtime during peak periods.
- Fluent in Korean and English (or Chinese).
