Test Technician

Job TitlePerforms pre-calibration and calibration duties per the product specifications. Utilizes specialized pre-calibration software. All work reviewed and certified by a Calibration Technician III or Higher. Performs error-free production testing in an assigned area with limited cross-functional interface. Measures and records data per work instruction requirements and documents nonconformance. Provides daily support to meet the production demand. Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Assists other Calibration Technicians and other departments, on an as-needed basis. Performs other duties as assigned.Professional Qualifications1-3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly.Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings.Advanced schematic reading and ability to troubleshoot cable assemblies.Advanced reading, writing, and shop math skills.Experience soldering miniature parts under a microscope.Use of simple hand tools such as crimpers and ovens.IPC-A-620 certification.Personal SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust be accurate and organized with high attention to detailGood communication, reading, writing, and math skillsKnowledge of electronic principlesMust be a local candidate.We OfferAt HBK, we believe in freedom with responsibility, enabling a healthy work-life balance and continuous professional development.
