Litigation Associate

*Mortenson Taggart Adams LLP*, a fast-growing business litigation firm headquartered in Irvine, California, is seeking attorneys for the Irvine, Riverside and soon to open Dana Point offices with 1-3 years of experience with commercial/consumer litigation experience to join our Automotive Litigation Group. The firm represents numerous Fortune 500 companies, mid-market business, franchise systems, high net worth individuals, and entrepreneurs. Attorneys will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of trial lawyers, paralegals, and secretaries. Primary responsibilities will include preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for and conducting trials.
