Field Service Maintenance Technician / Electrician

Job Description

We are a growing commercial maintenance company that provides comprehensive service and repairs to major restaurant chains. We are looking for a highly skilled, multi-talented Field Service Technician to join our team. Every day is different—some days you will be troubleshooting independently in the field, and other days you will be collaborating with a crew of other technicians.

If you have a strong background in electrical work, a wide range of repair skills, and the desire to step into a leadership role as our company expands, we want you to grow with us!

What You Will Do

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues: Safely troubleshoot wiring, commercial lighting systems, and electrical components for restaurant appliances.
Perform on-site maintenance and repairs for various restaurant chains, including commercial appliance repair and general structural/building maintenance.
Travel to client sites, working both independently and alongside other service technicians depending on the scope of the project.
Help expand our service offerings by bringing your unique technical expertise to the team.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at client locations.

What We Are Looking For

Strong Electrical Experience: Proven, hands-on experience safely troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues, lighting, and commercial wiring is highly required.
Previous experience in general building maintenance, commercial appliance repair, or a related facilities field.
A "jack-of-all-trades" mentality with the ability to adapt to new repair challenges daily.
Strong leadership potential; we are looking for team players who want to advance their careers as the company grows.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
