Required Experience & Skills
• Strong mechanical and/or technical aptitude REQUIRED
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record REQUIRED
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are a must
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical equipment issues and determine solutions
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
• Document service work, repairs, parts usage, and customer interactions accurately
• Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and service updates professionally with customers
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, equipment, and parts inventory
• Follow all company safety procedures and customer site requirements
• Travel to customer locations as required

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous field service or equipment maintenance experience
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or HVAC systems
• Background servicing industrial or commercial equipment
• Technical certifications or formal training preferred

Work Environment
• Field-based role with regular travel to customer locations
• Exposure to equipment, tools, industrial environments, and varying weather conditions
• Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, climbing, and extended movement
• PPE required based on jobsite and task requirements
